Here at Church of Glad Tidings, we have a heart to help those who have been disenfranchised, abused or poorly treated. For over 40 years, we have worked hard investing our time, our energy and our money into meeting urgent needs both locally and abroad. That truly is God’s heart for each of us and has inspired us to embrace the ministry motto: “Find a Need and MEET IT! Find a Hurt and HEAL IT!” Following this vision has taken us from modest beginnings to having built numerous orphanages and helped alleviate the misery of many both young and old here in America and in India, Cambodia, Moldova, Romania and Uganda!
Over the years, our attention has been increasingly drawn to the tragic escalation of the world-wide child sex trafficking trade, recently eclipsing the international drug trade to become the #1 profitable criminal enterprise world-wide! Following our passionate commitment “to provide a Christ-honoring solution to every urgent need” we have embarked on a mission to create a sanctuary for children who have been rescued from the unspeakable cruelty and degradation of the international sex trade. We are currently in the process of buying a ten-acre facility here in Live Oak, California that was formerly a low security women’s prison. We will be transforming it from a prison to a paradise of beauty, love and healing where former sex slaves of international pedophiles are rescued, protected and provided for in a safe and loving “heaven on earth” environment. We are calling it Peace of Heaven Children’s Paradise!

Vision Statement
We are “heaven bent” on a plans to purchase a nearly 10-acre former low security private women’s prison and to TRANSFORM IT into a “Heavenly Paradise” for kids rescued from the extreme evil of child sex slavery! It’s a colossal undertaking for an even bigger problem that should concern us all!
Currently, we have raised $1.6 million of the $4 million purchase price, and we have until June 30th of 2025 to raise the balance.
Then, we will continue raising the needed moneys for a complete renovation of the facilities to TRANSFORM IT from a “former prison” to a future paradise for hundreds of rescued kids! In order to imagine just how big our vision is, imagine EVERYTHING that you would need to consider in taking just one of these rescued children into your home, and raising them as your own – and then multiply that by several hundred!
We’re trusting God to empower us to expose and dismantle the largest and most lucrative illicit enterprise on the black market (estimated to now eclipse even the international drug trade with over $200 billion in annual income). By God’s grace (and with YOUR help) our dream is to create a CHILDREN’s PARADISE that is so beautiful that it will literally bring the PEACE of HEAVEN into the lives of these children that have been rescued from the very jaws of hell! We plan for PEACE of HEAVEN to also become a prototype inspiring thousands of others to follow our example in RESCUING THESE PRECIOUS CHILDREN!

Our Vision
Think Big. Act Bigger.
In addition to the best possible medical, psychological spiritual healing modalities, we will provide the finest and most effective Pre-K through Post 12th grade education available, with special emphases on a wide variety of art and music programs, and opportunities for agricultural and agrarian tutelage – as well as technical training in many forms of animal husbandry and equestrian disciplines. Peace of Heaven will tailor education specifically to each child’s individual interests and God-given passions and propensities instead of the lock-stepped rote learning approach that has left America largely bereft of capable leaders and young entrepreneurs. A special focus will be teaching children wisdom and artistry through the beauty of God’s creation, and the children will be surrounded with the exquisite beauty of fountains and lush flower gardens and vegetable/fruit that they will learn to tend and harvest! We will teach practical skills that range from food preparation, pottery making, and drama productions, to carpentry, computer sciences and videography – and will focus primarily on preparing each child for a truly blessed and productive adult life upon the completion of their teen years in Peace of Heaven Children’s Paradise. We have partnered with Mission Safe Harbour to make Peace of Heaven Children’s Paradise a model that inspires other similar Children’s Refuges throughout the world, until TOGETHER we eradicate the evil of Child Sex Trafficking from the known world! TOGETHER WE CAN!!!
