At full capacity, Peace of Heaven will provide safe, 24/7 housing for more than 200 child survivors of sex trafficking. These children are not just numbers — they are sons and daughters, full of promise, whose lives have been shattered by trauma no child should ever endure.

The majority of safe homes in the U.S. can only house 6 to 12 children, often with limited resources and staff. Peace of Heaven is changing that — we’re creating a fully staffed, secure, and loving environment where hundreds of children can not only survive, but thrive. Every detail of our design is built with long-term safety and dignity in mind.

Trauma doesn’t end at rescue — in fact, that’s when the real healing begins. Our care model is built on a foundation of evidence-based therapies created in partnership with leading doctors, psychologists, survivors, and trauma-informed care experts.

Children will receive individualized care plans that address complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, dissociation, and grief. Our approach includes talk therapy, EMDR, art therapy, music therapy, equine therapy, and faith-based spiritual support — all tailored to help survivors rebuild their sense of identity, security, and hope.

One of the first things traffickers steal from children is their education. Many of the survivors we serve haven’t seen a classroom in years — or ever. That’s why we are building an on-campus school designed to offer a full academic experience from early childhood to high school graduation — and beyond.

We will offer remedial and catch-up programs, individualized tutoring, and small class sizes so no child falls through the cracks. Our goal is to restore confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning — and to equip every child for a future of independence and opportunity.

Healing doesn’t happen in a classroom alone. That’s why Peace of Heaven will include robust creative and vocational programs to help children discover who they are beyond their trauma.

From music, dance, and drama to gardening, animal husbandry, technical training, and equestrian therapy, every child will be encouraged to explore new skills, passions, and trades. These experiences will not only aid in emotional healing — they will build purpose, confidence, and joy.

No two children are the same. That’s why we believe in a highly individualized approach. From the moment a child enters Peace of Heaven, our team will create a personalized roadmap that considers their age, interests, learning style, emotional needs, and dreams.
